Flows post straight from the source systems, with reconciliation checks that fail loudly instead of silently. Roughly one full-time role freed.
VAT error rate from X0% to under 1%
Rebuilt the VAT logic and put monitoring on every wallet transaction, so wrong treatment surfaces the day it happens, not at year end.
Safeguarding and e-money reconciliations
Daily reconciliation of safeguarded customer funds in a licensed e-money environment, and the controls around them.
